Scheduling Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled by phone or through our website. We encourage patients to book in advance. Doing so allows patients to secure their preferred time, minimizing wait times and scheduling conflicts. It also ensures that we can allocate adequate time for each patient, allowing for thorough examinations and proper treatment. This leads to a more comfortable and efficient experience, enhancing overall care and satisfaction. In order to fairly provide sufficient time for your dental care, appointment time is booked in advance for you, and the needed staff and space is reserved for you during the given time.

Late Arrivals
We understand that delays can happen. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure that we can provide the best care for all our patients.

No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy
At Green Apple Dental, we value and respect every patient’s time and strive to offer high-quality care to everyone in our community. When appointments are missed or canceled without enough notice, it becomes difficult to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. We kindly ask for as much notice as can be given to ensure that we can continue to provide prompt and efficient service for all our patients. To respect the time of all our patients, we have implemented the following policy:
- 24-Hour Notice Requirement:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient who may need it.

- No-Show and Late Cancellation Fee:
A $50 fee will be charged for appointments that are missed or canceled without at least 24 hours’ notice. This nominal fee helps offset the cost of preparing and reserving the time for your appointment and ensuring our team remains available for other patients in need.

- Frequent No-Shows or Late Cancellations:
Patients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be asked to prepay for future appointments or placed on a limited booking schedule.

- Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies happen. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact our office as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

- Courtesy Reminder System:
To help you keep track of your appointments, we send reminders via text or email 48 hours in advance. This is a courtesy reminder of the already reserved appointment time that was made for you when you asked/booked for the time slot. Please kindly reschedule promptly if you no longer require your booked and reserved time slot as this allows us to give this reservation to another patient that would like that time slot.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain a fair and balanced schedule for everyone. At Green Apple Dental all our patients are part of our Dental Family and we encourage all patients to respect the time and dental needs of other patients so that everyone can be treated promptly and effectively. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, we’re always here to help with as much notice as possible.
